AUTOTEMP HEATPUMPS & AIRCONDITIONING LIMITED CONDITIONS OF SALE

TRADING TERMS

1. All goods and services are sold on a cash only or cash on delivery basis unless a credit account had been previously approved.

2. Goods and services sold on a credit account must be paid for the 20^th of the month following purchase or the purchaser will be liable for collection and late payment fees.

3. All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

SUPPLY INFORMATION

Autotemp Heatpumps & Airconditioning Limited operates as a specialist installer, repairer & service provider for the HVAC & Refrigeration industries.  We will endeavour to hold stock of common items to increase our service or if not in stock at the time of request will endeavour to get these items subject to supplier availability as soon as we are able.
 

GST   

All goods and service purchased are unless previously specified are subject to Government specified goods and service tax.
 

CLAIMS

On completion of installations, maintenance or repairs, check operation of HVAC & Refrigeration Systems and advise us IMMEDIATELY of any faults, or if not working to your expectations or manufacturer’s specifications.
 

INSURANCES 

All parts bought in may be subject to freight, insurance and is the purchaser’s care.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

Systems: Will only be accepted for credit if returned within 30 days from date of the invoice, have not been fitted and are in the original packaging as delivered. If the system was sold, a handling fee may apply. Freight will not be credited from original invoice.
 
Spare parts: Will only be accepted for credit if returned within 30 days from date of invoice, have not been fitted or used, and are in the original packaging. A 10% handling fee of the invoice value of the goods returned may be deducted from the credit.

Freight will not be credited from the original invoice.
 
Special Orders:  All items specifically ordered and imported for the purchaser are the purchaser’s responsibility and are NON – RETURNABLE.
 
All freight charged for the return of goods is the purchaser’s responsibility.
 

WARRANTY

Warranty claims will only be considered if details provided are in accordance with policy and includes a copy of the original invoice, the system details, the date of the installation and the date the replacement was installed. This is required before any action can be taken.
Labour charges can only be claimed for warranty if approved by Autotemp Heatpumps & Air Conditioning Limited which will only be given after Autotemp Heatpumps & Air Conditioning Limited has been given the first opportunity to remedy the problem.  If labour is approved an order number issued by Autotemp Heatpumps & Air Conditioning Limited is required at all times and must be quoted on all paper work.
The warranty for spare parts is 90 days from the date of the original invoice.
Freight charges on return of faulty goods are the purchaser’s responsibility; however Autotemp Heatpumps & Air Conditioning Limited will meet the freight costs of replacement items.
